Returns and Refunds
1. Information
In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment you received the package (or from the moment a person designated by you received it).
It is not mandatory to provide a reason for the return. However, your feedback helps us continuously improve our products and services.
2. When returns are accepted
To receive a refund, products must be returned in suitable condition. Specifically:
Product condition
Products must be returned in intact, undamaged, and unused condition beyond what is necessary to verify the product's aesthetic.
Labels and packaging
Items must be returned in their original packaging and MUST NOT HAVE BEEN OPENED.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, we do not accept returns for:
- customized products or those made to the customer's request;
- sealed items opened after delivery, which are unsuitable for return for hygienic or health reasons.
3. How to request a return
Requesting a return is simple:

Include as subject:
"Return Request - Order # [Order Number]" - Wait for our reply: we will provide you with all operational instructions and the address for shipping the return.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or applicable legal obligations.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Until the product is received at our warehouse, the responsibility for the shipment remains with the sender. In case of loss or damage to the package during return transit, we may not be able to process the refund.
5. Refund: timing and methods
Once the return is received, we will verify that the above conditions are met.
Confirmation
You will receive an email notification regarding the outcome of the return check.
Timing
The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days from the receipt and verification of the returned product.
Refund method
The refund will be automatically issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available methods).
