1. Shipments in Italy

Delivery Times
Delivery times are generally between 3–5 working days. The indicated times are purely estimated and do not constitute a contractual guarantee; any variations may depend on order volume, product availability, time of year, destination, courier activity, or other logistical circumstances beyond Agrigiacobbe's control.
Order Tracking
Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information to monitor the shipment status.

We also ship to European Union countries, under the following conditions.

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the geographical destination area and will be indicated during the purchase process, where available. Again, the indicated times are purely estimated and may be subject to variations due to logistical or operational circumstances.
Geographical Limitations
We do not ship to all countries. If your country is not selectable at checkout, it means that it is not currently covered by the service.
Extra-EU Shipments
We currently do not ship outside the European Union.
3. Delivery Management and Storage
The customer is responsible for correctly filling in the shipping address and for monitoring delivery via the provided tracking link.
Package Storage
If the shipment is placed in storage (e.g., due to failed delivery, incomplete address, or recipient's absence), it will be the customer's responsibility to follow the courier's instructions and arrange for package collection according to the indicated procedures.
Failure to Collect
Should the package not be collected within the time limit set by the courier and be returned to the sender, any additional costs for a new shipment will be borne by the customer.

Although we do our best to meet the indicated timelines, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agrigiacobbe cannot be held responsible for delays due to couriers, logistical checks, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its control.
